Case Sealing Machine Models and Conveyor Range
Semi-automatic and fully automatic carton sealers, plus roller and telescopic conveyors: how each family maps to a different workload, read through carton size and daily volume.
Four families, four different jobs
Fourteen models sound like a lot until you group them. On a semi-automatic case sealing machine the operator folds the flaps and the machine runs top and bottom tape in one pass. A fully automatic carton sealer folds the flaps itself, so a box goes in open and comes out taped. Roller conveyors use idle rollers with no motor, moving cartons into the sealer and away from it. Scissor-type telescopic conveyors extend and retract, then fold back once loading is finished, which suits bays where the distance changes through the day.
What your daily carton count points to
The deciding factor is rarely raw speed. It is how much of the cycle still sits with a person. On a semi-automatic machine the taping belongs to the machine and the flap folding belongs to the operator, so throughput tracks whoever is standing at the table. Once someone closes cartons all day and the queue still grows, automation starts to pay. Our fully automatic series seals 17 to 25 cartons a minute and folds the flaps as well, so the pace no longer rests on the operator. Workshops with uneven dispatch patterns usually do better with one semi-automatic sealer and a short roller conveyor on each side.
What the size range actually limits
The machines handle cartons 140 to 500 mm wide, 100 to 500 mm tall and 150 mm and up in length. Length has no upper limit, because the carton is taped while it travels. Width and height are the real constraints: if your smallest box sits under 140 mm or your largest passes 500 mm, you are outside the standard range. We build to custom dimensions in those cases. Design, sheet metal work, assembly and testing all happen under one roof in Ümraniye, so changing a frame size is an engineering decision rather than a sourcing problem.
Tape head width and options
The standard BD50 head runs 38 to 50 mm tape. Plants that already stock wider tape, or that handle heavy and long cartons, can specify the BD75 head for 50 to 75 mm. The choice affects the head rather than the frame, but settling it at the quotation stage costs less than retrofitting later. Just tell us the tape width you buy.
One machine or a line
A sealer on its own rarely lifts output. What changes things is how cartons reach the machine and leave it. We also engineer stretch wrappers, complete packaging lines and machines built to a customer's own dimensions, so it is worth describing your floor layout before picking a model. Our company page walks through the whole chain, from design to technical service.
Getting a quotation
We do not publish price lists, because the right machine depends on carton dimensions and daily volume. Send the width, length and height of your box, an approximate daily count and your tape width through the contact page and we write a quotation the same day. The catalogue carries the technical detail. Installation, setup and operator training, covering tape head changes and daily maintenance, come with the machine.
Semi-automatic case sealers
Manual size adjustment with manual top-flap folding — for workshops and mid-scale lines running variable carton sizes.
