Case sealing machine catalogue and the quotation process

What the catalogue covers, and why prices are not in it

The PDF holds the technical table for all 14 machines: the carton sizes each model handles, taping unit widths, conveyor types and the options that can be fitted. What it does not hold is a price list. The same case sealer becomes a different machine the moment the tape width or the working height changes, so a figure quoted before anyone has seen your carton is a figure that gets corrected later.

Measurements worth taking first

Send the six items below and a written quotation goes out the same day. Anything missing means we come back with questions first, and the answer waits.

• Carton width, length and height. Give the smallest and the largest carton separately. The machines run 140–500 mm wide, 150 mm and above in length, 100–500 mm high.
• Cartons per day. This is what decides semi-automatic against fully automatic. The fully automatic range seals 17 to 25 cartons a minute.
• Tape width. The standard unit takes 38–50 mm (BD50). If you run 50–75 mm tape you need the BD75 unit, and specifying it now costs less than swapping it later.
• Loaded carton weight. It decides which conveyor suits the line and how that conveyor connects to the machine outlet.
• Height of your existing line. If the sealer slots between machines you already own, its working height has to meet theirs.
• Floor space. The gap the machine has to fit into, the door it has to come through, the side the operator will stand on.

How a quotation is put together

Once the measurements arrive through the contact form or by phone, models get matched first: everything covering your carton range is shortlisted, then daily volume shortens the list. The written quotation sets out the machine, the taping unit, any conveyor and each option on its own line, so nothing is buried inside a single total. Design, sheet metal work, assembly and testing all run under one roof at the Ümraniye plant, so a change in dimensions does not have to leave the building.

What moves the price

Most of the gap between two quotations comes down to a short list: whether the machine is semi-automatic or fully automatic, whether the taping unit is the BD50 or the BD75, whether a conveyor joins the machine, and whether that conveyor is an idler roller or a scissor telescopic one. A non-standard carton size, or a custom connection into an existing line, means the machine is redrawn from a catalogue model and re-dimensioned, which appears as its own line.

Installation, setup and operator training are provided. Training covers how to change the tape tail and the daily maintenance routine, and spare parts are kept in stock at the plant.
