Case sealing machines designed and built in İstanbul
We turn packaging-line experience into our own designs, developing case sealers and conveyors with one team in Ümraniye, İstanbul.
Packaging-line experience
Installation, setup and technical-service work gave us direct experience of real packaging-line requirements.
Our own design and manufacturing
We turned field knowledge into case sealers and conveyors designed for maintainability and line integration.
A broad range under one roof
Across semi-automatic, fully automatic and conveyor families, design, fabrication, assembly, testing and service stay with one team.

How an order becomes a machine
Carton analysis
We take your width, length, height, daily volume and current line height. If needed we run a test with your sample carton.
Model and quote
We agree on the model, the taping unit and any conveyor needed. Written quote, with lead time.
Build and test
Cutting, bending, assembly. Before dispatch the machine is run and tested with real cartons.
Install and train
Installation on your line, setup and operator training. Tape-tail changeover and daily maintenance shown hands on.
Service and spares
If something fails, the team that built the machine comes out. Spares are stocked on site.
Would you like to see the facility?

From line experience to our own manufacturing
DİSA Ambalaj’s way of working was shaped by installation, setup and technical-service experience on packaging lines. We use what we learn on site to develop machines that are straightforward to maintain and adapt to an existing line.
Manufacturing under one roof
Design, sheet-metal fabrication, assembly, cycle testing with real cartons and the final pre-dispatch inspection are handled by the same production team. When a non-standard carton or a custom line connection is required, dimensions move directly into the project.
Three product families
Semi-automatic models seal cartons after the operator folds the flaps. Fully automatic systems also fold the top flaps and are engineered with the required safety equipment. Conveyors complete the infeed, outfeed, accumulation and controlled-feeding stages.
From quotation to commissioning
The model is selected from carton dimensions, daily or shift volume, tape width and the existing line height. Final capacity and equipment are stated in the written quotation; installation, setup and operator training are part of commissioning.
