Which channel for which subject

Messages reach us on four subjects: a quote for a new machine, a fault on a machine already running, a spare part, and a visit to the plant. Naming the subject in your first line saves a routing step and puts the message straight in front of the right person.

For quotes, the form on this page is the fastest route; every field on it is something we need in order to choose a model. For a breakdown, call instead: most cases get solved while you stand at the machine and we work through a few questions about tape path, blade holder setting and photocell position. For spare parts you do not need the part name. Send the machine model and a photo if you can. Stock sits here at the plant, so picking the right item does not take long.

What a quote needs from you

We do not publish a price list, because the same frame leaves the workshop configured differently depending on the carton and the volume. To put a written quote together the same day, this much is enough:

• Carton dimensions in millimetres: width, length, height. One line if you run a single size; the smallest and largest carton if the sizes vary. Our machines work with widths of 140–500 mm, lengths from 150 mm upwards and heights of 100–500 mm.
• Volume per day or per shift. This is what decides between a semi-automatic and a fully automatic carton sealer; the fully automatic range seals 17–25 cartons a minute.
• Tape width: 38–50 mm as standard, 50–75 mm optional.
• Sealing pattern: top only, or top and bottom.
• Floor space available for the machine, plus the working height of your existing line. This is where we work out whether you need a roller conveyor or a scissor-type telescopic one.

Bring your own cartons to the plant

Come to the Ümraniye plant with a few sample cartons of your own and we will run the machine on them. You see the height and width adjustment being made and the tape folding onto the corner in front of you rather than in a video. We are open 08:30–18:00 on weekdays and 08:30–14:00 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. Let us know when you plan to arrive so the machine is free and set up.
